Do any of you use networking groups? Do you get any clients from them? Are they worth the effort?

    The one I have looked at is Business Biscotti, free to join and they seem to have meetings covering most parts of the country, my nearest one is meeting on Friday, may just pluck up the courage to go along and see what happens.
