can not login to myAAT main website anyone else?

I get this message when trying to login to myaat anyone else having issues ? [h=2][/h] "There was an error trying to complete your request. Please notify your support desk or try again."

its not password because i tried one attempt with one wrong password on purpose and it states that is the issue
