Hi I started studing CIMA at LSBF and I was wondering that was it the best move studying at this school or should I have gone to BPP or Kaplan, because I'm having difficulty finding a job including a traniee or temporary position. Also is doing MBA at this school worth it aswell?

To be honest, employers won't care where you are studying. They will be interested in what you have passed, what you are currently studying and your experience. Concentrate on those 3, leave out the MBA (I've heard bad things about it and it will undoubtedly distract you from CIMA) and hopefully the jobs will come.0

I read somewhere that people doing the MBA were having trouble with their tutors, I think if you google LSBF you can read reviews. With regard to being distracted by the MBA you are learning to sprint before you can walk! Now that CIMA are going to do on demand exams this might conflict with any potential MBA studies. Also, what you need is experience and having a MBA may hinder your chances rather than help you as you would be way too over qualified for an entry level job and may not get past the CV stage.0

Also, I just finished CIMA, it's tough and took over my life for 3 years, it was really all I thought about. Could I do a MBA at the same time, working full time? More chance of Palace winning the Champions League! If you do a MBA then you'll have two massive things on at the same time. Do you want to do 2 things poorly or do one thing right? Mention this at an interview and it shows you have ambition and can prioritise.0
