Claiming vat on a Minibus

I have a client who owns a haulage firm. He has recently purchased a 17 seater minibus, for the local football team, but it has his logos all over it as a form of advertising. Can I claim the vat on this purchase would anyone know?

The rule always used to be that if it had windows then the answer was no. I don't know how true that is these days. Not much help, sorry0
