This company is only open 4 days a week, 7,5 hours a day. For payroll purpose, salaries are full or part time?
I would assume it's a full time because the company is closed for 1 day and this is their terms (or imagine the other way around, if a company work 5 days a week, for 9 hours a day =total 45 hours, I would not consider it overtime)
Does anyone know?

I would class as full time as its 30 hours. Below 30 I would put as part time0

Thanks. Sometimes I read that 35 hours is actually the minimum of full time that's why I'm not sure

Ah I see. I was going more by the tax credits system of 30 hours or more and less than is part time. It's different in many companies but with you also saying they are only open for 4 out of 5 days I would also lean towards full time as the worker is there for the 4 days it is open.0
