PTAX sample ass 1 q1.4- help pls

in AAT Level 4 (Level 8 in Scotland)
can anyone help me with the above 1s on 2013 standards?
I have no idea how to work out the additional tax payable for the dividends . The answer is £105.75, the personal allowance total is £29950. Dividends income received is £1314.
