hi, maybe someone can help me with salarys counting. 6,94 pounds per hour, paiment receiving monthly. should be paid for 22 working days but 9 days are gonna be paid as sick. I hope someone can give me the answer :) thx

    People on the forum will be happy to help if you volunteer a bit more information.
    To start, how many hours a week this "someone" is supposed to work? and what is the company's policy regarding sick pay? is it a real life question or a text book exercise?
    Your original question is a bit too vague for a constructive answer. :/

    I wrote, that it's 22 days - monthly, weekly hours are not specified. And about sick pay , will be statuory.
    Like I wrote - question from someone but I'm not sure the answer. I know, shame... ;)

    Without knowing how many hours they work we can't possibly work out the salary from the hourly rate.

    Is the '9 days sick pay' at SSP or is there a company sick pay rate? Is it a linked period of sickness or do waiting days need to be counted?
