I am currently studying the premier plus AAT level 4. I sat my exam for Credit Control in February and received my results on Thursday to find that tasks 6 and 7 I had not met the criteria.
I have spoken to AAT and stressed that I felt my answers were exactly what they are looking for as I had revised so many times but without me appealing there is nothing they can do and with it taking another 4 weeks to have it remarked and £28, I just thought it was best that I just re-sit.
I don’t want to make the same mistake again, so please could you help me and give me some guidance on how to answer the questions on
Task 6 – Credit collection – Selection of action
Task 7 – Credit collection – Analysis and suggested action
