What is the basic charge for accommodation bought by the employer. The house cost the employer 270,000, the annual value is 4700. Is there a basic charge if the house is over 75000?

270000-75000=195000*3.25%=6337.50+4700=£11037.500

Thanks Mandy62 for your reply, but I thought that's how the expensive charge and the benefit for the employee was calculated.0
