Sole Trader to Limited Company

Hi all, new to the board and thank you in advance for any help you can offer.
I have a new client, who trades through a partnership, but also has a Limited Company formed and would like to transfer the business over to the Company. I am inexperienced in the tax implications here, and also how I evaluate goodwill. Are there any more experienced accountants who would be happy to offer some help and advice? Alternatively, can anyone recommend somewhere that I can learn specifically this, as part of my CPD? I would like to learn how this process works, and ensure that I can offer this service to my clients.

I've noticed the technical advice area on the AAT website has an arrangement with Abbey Tax - I assume they could help with this. Has anyone used them?0
