Exceptional Senior Accountant position for a career oriented accountant.

Within a well established, continually growing practice with an innovative approach to accounting, we are a successful accountancy practice within the West Midlands. Boasting an extensive client portfolio, ranging from successful SME’s to audits UK and internationally, this practice has no plans to slow down and therefore needs an adaptable Senior Accountant to work autonomously in the Dudley based firm.

The Senior Accountant will carry out a wide range of general accounting duties, including:

• Accounts preparation for Limited companies, Sole Traders, Partnerships, LLPs and Doctors
• Audit assignments and implementation of FRS102 framework.
• Reviewing the work and training of more junior members of the team
• Liaising directly with clients
• personal and corporation Tax computations
• Assisting in the planning and management of the practice
• Exciting ad-hoc duties including budgeting & forecasting, R&D claims, Property planning, tax enquiries and due diligence

Reporting directly to, and working alongside the Senior Partner, the successful candidate will have several years’ experience within a general accountancy public practice firm, they will be either ACA or ACCA qualified with outstanding technical and organisational skills, whilst also retaining the ability to lead by example.
