Have you had any feedback as to what task/s you've previously failed?

Bad luck :( It's definitely the worst of the AAT exams done to date. I was using the BPP Learning book which was okay, but not laid out in a way that made it easy to remember, so had to take a lot of notes.

I didn't know you could do PETH via distance learning (as it's tutor marked)?

It's unclear (at least to me) if you are doing L3 by distance learning, online learning or just buying the books and booking the exams. Although I am doing this in a classroom in evening classes, there wasn't a lot in those that I didn't already get from the BPP Learning book we're using this term.

I did find a few videos online, most were fairly short. One of the longer ones was on this Kaplan study site. You don't need to study with them to use it and it's free to register. It's the only seminar I've seen on PETH http://examtips.kaplan.co.uk/Signup?ReturnUrl=http://examtips.kaplan.co.uk/aat/level-3

Other stuff I've watched on youtube isn't necessarily related to AAT's PETH but on the topic in general, such as this for ACCA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Te1j7Fm1CWU

I am with Kaplan and given exam twice with Kaplan but fails. I am thinking to give exam 3rd time with BPP. What you advice?

The providers don't set the exams, AAT do. So it won't matter which centre you sit it at.

Yes Adele69 I am doing distance learning standard which mean just textbook and tutor support via email or phone and when I ready I book my exam. No classes no tutor assessment. Thanks again for video.

If possible I would try to do as many mocks but send them to a tutor to mark as the mark scheme is not always straight forward to follow. So they know where you would ot wouldn't have got marks.
