i am really confused what sign I need to use to indicate negative numbers. On the introductory screen It is:Minus signs should be used to indicate negative numbers. However on the sample assessment (questions 6 and 7 -variances) are shown in brackets £fav/ (adv) and there is no clear instruction what should be used. Brackets? Minus signs?Please can you help me?
