Hi. I am looking for my first accounting job. Would you trust the recruiting agencies or is it better to contact the employers directly?

I have had good experiences with recruiting agencies, having found my last 3 jobs that way (over quite a period of time). A lot of employers don't advertise and an agency could get you in. I wouldn't use them exclusively though, apply directly to employers as well. Good luck with your search.1
