Can you use AAT qualifications overseas or is it only chartered status that is acceptable ?

Curious to know if once you have passed level 4 is it possible to use it overseas.

  From the AAT website:
  "AAT qualifications are internationally recognised"
  
  it doesn't give any more details than that though...
