Lidl and 7.5% VAT Rate

I was hoping someone could help. I have been looking at expenses at work and someone has put in a receipt from Lidl. They have charged us 7.5% VAT on 'Cookie White'. Does anyone know what 7.5% VAT is for as I haven't seen it before.
