How do you increase fees and what amendment is necessary to the Letter of engagement

Good morning

Having told people how to run their businesses I have now looked at my own and find that I need to raise my fees to make my time valuable

    I just make a generic statement on how the fees are charged and calculated - example taken from the LOE template on AAT website
    Our fees are computed on the basis of time spent on your affairs and the responsibility and skill involved by the partners and staff of this firm. Unless otherwise agreed, our fees will be charged separately for each main class of work mentioned above and will be billed at appropriate intervals during the course of the year.

    and then enclose the fees as an appendix.

    When I review my fees I just send the revised fees for agreement so I do not have to resend a whole new LOE.

    I'd be happy to hear what others do though.
