Can anyone help me with this.
I have one table for invoices and another for credit notes, once I've copied the credit note file in with the invoices I'd like excel to automatically change the source data size to cover all the contents of the page.
Does anyone use this type of function.

    I'm not aware of a way to 'automatically' change the source data size, other than changing it yourself and then refreshing the data. I suppose you could write a macro (although I'm not very good at macros!) to get it to update the data size.

    I'm not really picturing the issue, though would agree like you say a macro assigned to a button could apply a consistent Font type and size to a worksheet in one click, or format painter would copy the format from an existing range to whatever else you want in the same style.

    I have source data which takes up 100 rows, this is then copied over by source data of 110 rows.
    Can the source data be automatically adjusted from 100 to 110 rows.

    Instead of pasting over can you insert in your existing table then delete the unwanted rows?
