Are there any MIP who have issues with AAT being recognised for Mortgages? There was an approved list in 2013- but i cant see if this has been updated. Most lenders accept Accountancts references fro Liceensed AAT members- but there is always one or two lenders who wont- just so annoying!

    Have had the odd issue but only really with Coventry Building Society. All others have been fine.
