If I am completing Level 4 AQ2013 exams this year, are the questions still based on FA2013 legislation?
Anyone taken AQ2013 exams recently that can offer any clarity on this would be awesome.

Hello @Coombarrr - any tax papers sat from 3 Jan 2017, regardless of whether they are under AQ2013 or AQ2016, will be on the Finance Act 2016.
