Hello, everybody!
Can anybody help me with this? Ltd is paying for a fuel to an employee (director) who is using own car for business purposes. Only receipts for business use have been submitted. Is this something which needs to be reported to HMRC or is this just a company`s expense? Thanks in advance

How do they have proof the receipts expensed are business only?

Just ignore it - it'll be fine.

Invoices are the only proof. I did advise them to put all of the postcodes in google to calculate approximate mileage

It's the client's choice. If the employee is too bothered to produce mileage records from his diary and google maps the payments made to reimburse the fuel should be processed as PAYE.
