Hi

Does anyone have any recommendations on some free/cheap software that can be used to produce invoices? It will me a limited number, say 4/5 a month and will be accounted for in VT.

  Doesn't VT produce invoices?
  
  If not, I agree with Mick, Excel or Word would be your best bet.
