I don’t suppose anyone uses sage payroll. I’m doing a level 1 course and I’m completely stuck on how to create a negative pay element to reduce someone’s pay. Wondering if anyone can help

Within the pay elements settings apart from payments there are tabs for deductions, loans, EOA and salary sacrifice - pick which ever is the most appropriate. I imagine for level 1 you will need Deductions.1
