Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knew the answer to this question?

I have passed level 4 and completed my competencies. My manager must assess my technical competency by saying if i am competent or not yet competent.
I have the experience and have written a decent competency but she thinks I've just missed some things out which i should of put in.

If i am marked not yet competent can i redo my competency immediately or will they make me wait?

    If she has agreed to what you have written then it should be cleared.

    Hi,
    @CSan89 she does agree but also wants me to add things to it to build up my answer more. I cant amend it now so if she assess's me as not yet competent am i allowed to amend immediately?

    To be honest you don't need to write much to get it accepted. I think you can amend it but you would need to phone AAT and email them another draft.
