Are there two Synoptic Assessments for level 4?

I can see on the syllabus that there is the Accounting Systems and Controls which is a synoptic assessment and then there is a Synoptic Assessment listed again on its own.
Does that mean there are two and if so how do they differ?

Certificate Level - Jan 20190 -
Accounting Systems and Controls does not have it's own exam, but instead ties into the Synoptic Assessment, alongside the three mandatory units.Matthew Dearlove MAAT
Currently on CIMA Management Level. Passed P2, F2 and E2. Preparing for November 19 MCS.0
