Preparing cash budgets

Does anyone know when preparing a cash budget in the exam what format it is in? Do I need to create a cash forecast from scratch? And if so would this be in Excel?

you can do a forecast in excel and you can answer this question in excel. usually a question has already done a cash forecast you just do the budget
