    If I had to guess I think he means whether he can learn and take ACCA exams without a training provider, i.e. self-studying. Based on a google search, the answer is yes.

    Yes, it is possible to self-study and sit for exams. ACCA website also has voucher codes to Free extra mock test from BPP and Kaplan before you sit the exam.
