Signing off accounts for mortgage purpose

Hi All
I am AATQB and running my practice, I want to know if I can sign account for mortgage purpose or I need to be a chartered accountant?

    Its up to the mortgage provider and it will slightly vary between them all. They will have a list of qualifications that are acceptable.

    To be honest, I doubt AATQB is at a high enough level for mortgage providers to accept.
    AAT Level 2&3 - 2016
    AAT Level 4 - 2017
    Personal Tax, Business Tax and External Auditing

    ACA/CTA -
    Certificate Level - Jan 2019
