Hi there,
I wouldn't say there are any specific websites directed at a certain age groups. However Indeed, Jobstoday, Reed & HAYS are a few I can think of. Hopefully there is something suitable on these, you can also set up job alerts to email

Why is age a concern for you?1

It's a concern because I seem to get rejected from jobs which I am more than capable of doing.
I get the feeling that employers look at cv, and work out my age from the quaiifications and work experience.0 -

Just seen your post. You don't have your age on your CV do you? (Because you don't have too). Employers cannot discriminate against age (Or should I say, shouldn't discriminate!), though you hear about cases in the press which is just awful in this day and age.
Do you have your education listed out on your CV? (i.e. from schools/colleges/etc). If so I'd remove the year you attended and just state the qualifications you gained.
Also regarding any work experience/employment I was always told to only state 5 years of history on my CV, and for the years prior I was advised to put various positions/various companies short description but not to mention dates.
Hopefully this way they are not able to discover your age, and if they do they should NOT be using this against you, never never!
If you've got the experience and/or qualifications you are more than entitled for an opportunity to be interviewed.
I'd speak with some recruitment agencies/HR Professionals and seek further advice and tips!
Hope this helps in some way.FMAAT, AATQB, MICB PM.Dip.
