End point assessment - Meeting with AAT?

Hi
I have completed all the exams for the AAT professional diploma and the EPA coursework
However, my "Talent Coach"/tutor has said a discussion needs to be arranged where AAT meet me. It has now taken over a month and this has still not been arranged. Has anyone else done this? Or can advise on another method of becomine MAAT as I cant afford for this to continue!
