reinstatement online form-myAAT

Hi guys
I used to be aat student member . I completed level 2 in 2017. Now I would like to reinstate my membership in order to continue with my studies. I would like to do level 3. AAT told me that I should complete online reinstatement form. They told my it is available on myAAT. I went to myAAT but couldn't find reinstatement online form anywhere. Can anybody make some screenshots for me so that I know where to find online reinstatement form on myAAT? Thanks in advance. Regards. Rafal
