For anyone that has done it I worked out the basic pay and then added the bonus scaled accordingly; as it is a semi-variable cost. The answer wants you to simply scale the labour cost aas a variable cost. It gives two completely different answers and I genuinely don't know what I should be doing now. I have attached the question and answer so you can see what I mean. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
