Error on uploading reports in pre-assessment

Hello everyone! Soon is approaching my remote invigilation UACS exam and I tried many times to attend the pre-assessment exam provided by AAT . Could anyone tell me why I have errors on upload my reports please ?

    You can't upload the content on the practice exams. You'll need to self mark them from the answers.

    This section is manually marked in the exam so the automated marking doesn't work. This is also the case for written sections on the synoptics and most of level 4
