I am writing contract for Payroll and struggling what to write under clients obligations as data controller. Can I please have some help?

    Options
    I would ensure you had a Data Processors for Payroll Schedule in there as part of your privacy policy, as you will be privy to your clients employees personal details too. This additional section, we include in our GDPR policy and in our LOE when processing payroll work for a client.
