Moodle Book in Portal - Something Went Wrong

Hi,
I was working through the portal book on Foundation Using Accounting Software and the attached happened.
Anyone else have this issue?
The book works on all the previous pages but has an error on all the remaining pages.
I've downloaded the PDF version so I can do the activities but reluctant as I cant review my answers before moving onto the next task.
Cant locate any other way than the book to view the moodle answers.
