I think you need to add 2.5% to the 3,200,000 to give you a growth figure of 3,280,000 then use this figure for each of the quarter calculations0

Divide the 3,280,000 by 4 so you get the quarter value and then for each quarter you would either add or subtract the trend given for the quarter0
