Asset transfer from soletrader to Ltd

I have a soletrader who has incorporated. Soletrader has had a van since 2015 which has a tax written down value of nil. How do I transfer this asset to the Ltd Co?

  Have a look at doing a CAA2001 s266 election, this may be an option for you depending on the circumstances and what the client wants to achieve
