A moral dilemma, but I'd welcome your thoughts

What do you do if you know someone is knowingly and quite openly committing benefit fraud? In terms of the AAT code of professional ethics, this is not someone I am representing or advising in any professional capacity, but it very much goes against my own moral integrity.
