Can’t access practice exam - help!

Hi
I’m trying to access the INAC exam on the lifelong learning portal but I’m just getting an access denied message - can anyone help?!?

    Had the same issue, try using Google chrome. It worked for me when I switched.

    I had the same issue during my CFA exam, but when I shifted to google chrome, it worked.
