Using the suffix "& Co"

I am newly setting up. I would like to incorporate the suffix "& Co" into the name of the firm. <BR>Is there anything that this might be contravening as I will be a sole practitioner working on my own to start with.<BR><BR>

    Hi<BR><BR>Im not sure to be honest though I do believe that a business' name must not mis represent its operations. Contact the AAT, if you're a member they'll be able to advise you.<BR><BR>Neil
