Pervasive accounting concepts

I have been set a question to state which of the main concepts under FRS18 are considered to be "pervasive". I have been told by a fellow student that the answer is accruals and going concern but I cannot find any reference to this in my text books (BPP). Can anyone help in explaining this to me?
