Capital Instruments is defined, by FRS4, as:

"Capital instruments are instruments which are issued to raise finance. There are many different types. Common one include bank loans, corporate bonds, convertible debt, ordinary shares, preference shares and options and warrants to subscribe for shares."

You only need to know the definition of Capital Instruments.

Brian D

    Neil

Have you been using BPP books throughout? I have, and the one for Unit11 seems very different to the others. Loses me in several places. Yet I got on really well with the others.

Ditti
