    my mind went blank but it was saying that the financial measures couldnt give a very good measure (as they were all adverse), so i mentioned that the standards should be looked at cos maybe its them that were wrong and for the pysical outputs i put units per employee, labour hours per employee and something else which i cant remember now cos like i said i just had that lump in my throat and couldnt think straight!!<BR><BR>the capacity and eficient might sound good now though, although they wanted measures to do with pysical, ie actual or quantity output???<BR><BR>even more confused now<BR><BR>

    OMG now im getting scared lol<BR><BR>U might be right! cause Activity, Capacity and efficiency sounds good!<BR><BR>I put down totally meaning-less stuff lol<BR><BR>1) demand of product<BR>2) staff training and supervision<BR>3) and efficiency<BR><BR>I know im wrong now for sure. i think i didnt understand the question.<BR><BR>Goran<BR>

    Things the business makes<BR><BR>so a ratio such as output of chocolate cakes per hour would be a physical measure of a cake maker's output

    i went for the same output per employee output per labour hr cost of sale per something mind blank been blank all day i did not know what they wanted it never stated did it whether we had to use info given or make up our own so took a running guess glad others done the same.

    I put the same, i.e. unit of output per employee etc....hope I have passed, I could not get the reconciliation right!
