Not happy with PEV exam? i think we should all complain

After reading everyones comments about section 2 of yesterdays exam, it looks as though i am not alone when i say what a load of tosh that section was. I contacted the AAT (clicked on the top bar above) to let them know just how i'm feeling. :O)

    <BR>I too made a hashish masterpiece of Section 2. But, to be fair, a bit of common sense about variable costs and measuring a company's performance was all that was needed to pass the section as competent. Even if the '40%' issue caused us some problems, it should not be enough to warrant 'incompetence' in Section 2.<BR><BR>The first section was typical, just like the vast majority of previous PEV eam papers. We should all know about physical output (non-finanical performance indicators) and sub-dividing variances (FTC students should anyhow!). <BR><BR>For my few pence worth, I'll throw my hands up... I know I should have done better.

    Yeah im complaining too - after speaking to our teacher she thinks the factory closing question sounds like an old unit they have just taken out of the AAT sylabus when they revised it recently. <BR><BR>It is not in any of our text books so no one had a chance of answering it correctly! <BR><BR>
