I got nil for the income tax and just over 1000 for chargable gain and then 10% so about 100 of tax due.

For the first section regarding the accomodation in the City I waffled on about the annual value of the property is taxable, and 10% on value for anything over 75k if the employer owns it. Then in addition to that any expenses, and also 20% of the value of the furniture.

I got nil for both, as there was some unused amounts left from £4,615 - dont know whether you can use this or not -
I got nil for income tax and £107. something for capital gains tax due. As far as I'm aware you cant use the 4615 personal allowance against capital gains.

That's correct, the personal allowance is for Income Tax not CGT

I got the same as Sue! Nil in first and 1117 x 10% = CGT. I think.....

the personal allowance as said isnt for cgt, i couldnt decide if it was this morning but its just dawned on me that your annual exemption is like a pa on the cgt!
