    Sometimes the emails will take a little time to arrive so please be patient, but also don't forget to either check your spam folders (if you're using webmail) or with your IT people if it's a work account. Sometimes emails can get held up simply because they've been generated by te website (like the confirmation email), depending on the local email rules that govern their delivery to your account - so it's worth asking. <BR><BR>Julian
