First Branch meeting

Hi,<BR>I am going to my first branch meeting on Wednesday and am looking forward to it. The speaker is on `Starting your own business` so should be interesting.<BR>This may seem a silly question but could someone tell me if I should dress smart or are they more of an informal gathering and so i should dress more casual. <BR>Thanks for your help. I don`t want to stand out like a sore thumb.<BR><BR>Sarah

    I went to my first meeting last month, and some people were dressed smartly and some were more casual. Dress how you would feel comfortable in.

    Hi Sarah.<BR><BR>I think it depends on what impression you want to give out. Do you want to come across as a professional businesswoman, or more casual. Will you be 'networking' and looking for potential contacts and clients,or just relaxing and trying to enjoy the evening.<BR><BR>Scott.
