I am due to sit my PEV and PCR exams in June, and was hoping to also sit DFS after failing once. I am prepared to put in the work in but my tutor isnt so keen on me sitting all thre exams at once.

I was wondering what people think about this, is it feasable that i would pass these exams or would I be biting off more than i could chew?

Also, how many hours a week do you think i would need to put in in order to pass all three, bearing in mind i only have one two hour lesson a week.

Thanks
Toni

June Exams
Hi there

I sat BTax, PTax and DFS in Dec and passed all three. IT all depends how confident you feel on DFS this time round? I did go on all 3 revision courses for these subjects at the FTC. If you can go on revision courses I would recommend them because they are really useful.

I also put in about 2 days studying at home per exam. Hope this helps. Go for it.0 -
June Exams
Hi Toni.

Only you know if you're capable of taking all three. Have you other commitments- work, family etc.

We have people who will be sitting four exams!

There is some overlap between PEV & PCR, so you should be able to revise both of these okay. As for extra study hours i'd have thought at least two hours a week per unit. Print off the December exam papers and keep repeating them until you're comfortable with them. Re-read your notes and textbooks, do the practice questions, jot down the important points onto bullet cards.

Revise, and leave time for relaxation.

Good luck, Scott.0 -
