Unit 10 Project - How can I get started?!

I have taken a day off to try and start my project!!!! <BR><BR>The subject I have is the company mobile phones (this would cover all areas) in which we currently do not have any procedures on. <BR><BR>I need to complete my "Executive Statement" and "Terms of Reference" but I am not sure exactly what is required in each section to enable me to get started.<BR><BR>The check list we have been provided to help complete the project is as follows :<BR><BR>Exectutive Statement ***<BR>Employer Testimony<BR>Terms of Reference ***<BR>Flowcharting<BR>Contence Page<BR>Numbered Paragraphs<BR>SWOT Analysis ***<BR>Quantitive Claim ***<BR>Suggested Improvement ***<BR>Review ***<BR>Appendix<BR>Mapping<BR>K&U<BR>Evidience of meetings<BR><BR>I would appreciate it if anyone could provide any suggestions on how to get started on these topics marked ***.<BR><BR>Regards<BR>Monique

    Unit 10 Project - How can I get started?!

    Well I would do the Terms of reference first because this is the aim of your project and do the Executive summary last as this is the whole project summed up in one page. The executive summary is designed for people who want to know all about the new system but can't be borthered to read the project.<BR><BR>The suggested inprovement should be the largest piece and I did this section right at the end. It is basically all the improvements you are going to put into place and how you are going to do it.<BR><BR>The review I would assume is what we called the contingency plan. After you put your new system in place, what can you do to improve it and what to do if the suggested improvement doesn't work.<BR><BR>The SWOT analysis is featured in most books - I used the BPP book and found it useful.<BR><BR>Hope this helps a little - make sure you do a methodology so it helps you to know what you should be doing each week.<BR><BR>Nicki<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>

    Executive Summary<BR><BR>We were told that if you think that the 'Executive' that will be reading the project is very busy, you will need to sum up the whole of your project in this paragraph.
