Hi Amanda<BR><BR>I am having a lot of difficulty accessing your MSN group, although I am a member it asks me to join the group when I try to enter the site, then when I type in my email address to re-register it tells me someone else already has that address (Yes ME!!!!), please can you advise.<BR><BR>Cheers <BR><BR>Tracy

    The most common problem is not logging in correctly.<BR><BR>Although you might be in MSN Messenger or reading hotmail, you still might not be logged in.<BR><BR>Go to the site and in the top right hand corner there is a SIGN IN button, if it says Sign out, then try signing out and then back in again. If it says Sign in, then sign in.<BR><BR>If this still doesnt solve it, let me know and I will cancel the your membership to see if it will re-register you.<BR><BR>Amanda

    Thanks Amanda<BR><BR>I have tried everything I can think of, including signing in and out, and still it tells me I am entering a members only site.<BR><BR>Before I could even get this far I had to register for Microsoft.netPass, is this usual??<BR><BR>I think I will have to re-register, could you possibly cancel my membership as obviously I cannot get on the site, and hopefully it will let me register again.<BR><BR>Thanks for your help.<BR><BR>Tracy

    Hi<BR><BR>I will cancel your membership but you need to tell me what your MSN nickname is first. I have 285 members and there isnt one called Columbia so you must have a different one for msn.<BR><BR>Amanda
